That's a lot of new households needing a regular GP. We've been here through the growth, looking after locals from the established parts of South Ripley right through to the newer estates. Most of our South Ripley patients are within a 5 to 10 minute drive.

How far is the clinic from South Ripley estates?
Most South Ripley addresses are within a 5 to 10 minute drive of Ripley Town Centre. Head north on Ripley Road toward the town centre and we're in the Coles complex at T20, 20 Main Street.
I just moved in. How do I switch my GP to you?
Straightforward. Book your first appointment with us via HotDoc or by phone. At your visit (or beforehand), let reception know who your previous GP was — we'll request your records and have them ready in our system. You can also register us as your regular practice via MyMedicare for stronger continuity of care.
Is bulk billing really $0 with no catch?
If you have a valid Medicare card, standard GP consultations are fully covered with no out of pocket cost — including weekend clinics and telehealth. Some procedural and specialty services still attract a private fee, and reception will always tell you in advance if a fee applies to your appointment.
Can I get a same day appointment?
Often yes, especially mid week. Book online via HotDoc to see real time availability, or call reception on (07) 5316 7868. Walk ins are accommodated where possible.
Do you do telehealth for South Ripley patients?
Yes. Telehealth phone consultations are available for eligible patients and are bulk billed for Medicare card holders. Handy if you're working from home, have a sick kid, or just don't want to come in for a quick follow up.
What about after hours and weekends?
We're open Saturdays and Sundays 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Outside our opening hours we partner with Hello Home Doctor — call 13 41 00. For medical emergencies always call 000.
Can my kids see a doctor here too?
Absolutely. We see patients of all ages, including children. Standard GP consultations for kids are bulk billed with a valid Medicare card.
