An established suburb deserves a GP that's actually easy to get to.
Flinders View isn't one of the brand new estates. It's a settled family suburb of around 5,800 people — Fairview Rise, Kensington Hills, Jacana Place and Flinders Crest — where most households are couples with kids and nearly 70% own their home. Plenty of families here have been in the same street for a decade or more.
Here's the thing though. When it comes to seeing a doctor, most Flinders View residents head north into Ipswich and deal with the traffic, the parking and the gap fees that come with it. There's an easier option. Ripley Road starts at the Cunningham Highway end of your suburb and runs south, straight to Ripley Town Centre. We're at the end of it.

How do I get to the clinic from Flinders View?
Take Ripley Road south. It starts in your suburb and runs straight down to Ripley Town Centre — we're in the Coles complex at T20, 20 Main Street. Most Flinders View addresses are well under a 10 minute drive, with no highway driving required.
My GP is in Ipswich. How do I switch to you?
Straightforward. Book your first appointment with us via HotDoc or by phone. At your visit (or beforehand), let reception know who your previous GP was — we'll request your records and have them ready in our system. You can also register us as your regular practice via MyMedicare for stronger continuity of care.
Is bulk billing really $0 with no catch?
If you have a valid Medicare card, standard GP consultations are fully covered with no out of pocket cost — including weekend clinics and telehealth. Some procedural and specialty services still attract a private fee, and reception will always tell you in advance if a fee applies to your appointment.
Can I get a same day appointment?
Often yes, especially mid week. Book online via HotDoc to see real time availability, or call reception on (07) 5316 7868. Walk ins are accommodated where possible.
I work in trades and can't get in during business hours. What are my options?
Two good ones. We run weekend clinics every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, both bulk billed for Medicare card holders. And telehealth phone consultations are available for eligible patients, so a quick follow up doesn't have to mean knocking off early.
What about after hours and emergencies?
Outside our opening hours we partner with Hello Home Doctor — call 13 41 00. For medical emergencies always call 000. Ipswich Hospital is your closest emergency department.
Can my kids see a doctor here too?
Absolutely. We see patients of all ages, including children. Standard GP consultations for kids are bulk billed with a valid Medicare card — handy for catch up immunisations, school sores, ear infections and everything else that comes with a household of kids.
