Alexandra sees clients aged 12 and over, supporting people through anxiety, low mood, trauma, OCD, relationship stress, self esteem, grief, addiction, and ADHD and autism related needs. Her approach is warm and practical, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing and Schema Therapy depending on what fits.

Sun brings more than 45 years of physiotherapy experience across Hong Kong, Sydney and Melbourne, with a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy. He works with musculoskeletal injuries, aged care, mobility, post surgery rehabilitation, ongoing pain, falls prevention, home exercise programmes and hydrotherapy planning. He speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Michael holds a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biomedical Science from the University of Queensland, and a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy. Appointments allow time to reassess, provide hands on care such as muscle release, stretching, mobilisations and adjustments, then talk through take home advice and exercises. He has a particular interest in low back pain, neck pain and headaches.

Lesley offers footwear advice and modifications, balance training and muscle strengthening, orthotic prescription, ingrown toenail removal, and removal of corns and callous, along with diabetic, musculoskeletal, neurological and vascular assessments.

Bobo is a registered dietitian with Dietitians Australia. She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with honours at QUT and has been listed as a co-author on published nutrition research. She provides nutrition support for weight management, chronic conditions, malnutrition, plant based eating, and food intolerance or allergy concerns. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
